What is a credit?

One credit makes one video. Your first video is free when you create an account. After that, buy a pack below; bigger packs cost less per video.

How do I pay?

With M-Pesa. Enter your number and we send a payment prompt to your phone. Enter your PIN and your credits appear in your account straight away.

Why does the M-Pesa prompt say "Mafichoni Limited"?

Fichua is a product of Mafichoni Limited, so payments go to the Mafichoni Limited Paybill. Your M-Pesa message is your receipt, and it also shows under Payments in your dashboard.

How long does a video take?

Usually 10–20 minutes. You can close the page; the finished video waits in My videos.

What if something goes wrong?

If a video can't be rendered, the credit is refunded automatically. You can also cancel a video while it's rendering and get the credit back.

Which photos work best?

Bright, sharp, landscape photos of the rooms or views you want buyers to notice. Describe what matters in a sentence or two, like the view, the finishes or the neighbourhood.

Do you offer invoices or bulk pricing?

Yes. If you list more than 15 properties a month or need an invoice, message us and we'll set it up.
